P38 winch bumper

Hello again peoples
So who's made their own winch bumper for the P38? I'm a ways off getting to this stage yet but I'm like a child in a sweet shop, EXCITED!!
Anyone made their own who'd be willing to post some pictures? I've got a few ideas in my head but always good to learn from others.

@996TURBO made (and sold) all sorts of stuff. Used to be called Range Rover Evolution, based in France. Did some lovely videos on YouTube.

Still is, they are doing a mod that fits between the chassis rails just behind the bumper.
It allows you to fit a winch on a cradle that slots into the fitting and remove it leaving it looking standard.

I made this for my p38, was a lot of work though and took me the whole day to fabricate

I think Devon 4x4 used to sell his stuff in the UK.

That's a heck of a bumper!! Does it effect the cooling at all?

Nope it was all good, never had an issue with cooling at all

Airlockers? guessing they’re for the air suspension, this P38 is on springs

Airlockers for your diffs. Arb do them at cost. Arrrr.... You said spri.... Spri vomit in mouth......

Well the good news and bad i guess is that i have had to sell the P38 now

No to the air-lockers though

Well my p38 was built as an road legal off roader and was more of a toy than my daily driver
With everything that is going on at the moment i needed the funds and she had to go

They're toys to all of us. Very useful but definitely a toy as well.

Pity you couldn't lay her up for a bit. I would hate to let mine go.

I'd love one for the rear of mine

Thought about it a few times but hard to justify the cost for the one or two times you need it.
