P38 wheels & tyres question

Hi all.
Going to be putting a set of mud tyres on my rangy its 100% stock.

It has 235 70 r16s on currently.

Question 1 - What is the largest size tyre I can fit on with no cutting and rubbing ( and obviously dont want them rubbing when off road)
Question 2 - and am i right in saying Disco 2 wheels will go on the P38s?
