P38 wet drivers carpet 4.0 litre

Hi,yet again i have wet carpet in drivers foot well apart from the usual heater matrix or those rubber seals , am i missing anything else that would wet the carpet on the coolant side ? it is deff coolant lifted carpet and checked wet sticky and sweet taste, put in new heater matrix not to long ago and new seals but if its there maybe i did not connect the pipes right always hope to see a leak drip but looking at it at the moment there is nothing , the usual water loss from expansion tank but have had ENGINE checks done for usual stuff no prob's there,yet again any help much app,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just those rubber seals again??????

Yes sounds like the heater matrix "O" rings.

ditto ........ heater O rings ......
after changing them, you have to make sure they are well seated or they still drip.
