p38 t/diesel

hi folks,can anybody tell me what are the two small pipes that are at the rear of the cylinder head sticking up over the inlet manifold,the tubes/pipes are bent over like a walking stick,they look like breather pipes but for what i have no idea,the car is a p38,2.5 t/diesel auto,97 year,thanks,gemsdad. :kettlepot:

HI,they are breather pipes for your front axle and gear-box.
