P38 Steering Box..advise please

Hi Guys,

Since just after getting my 99 p38, the steering box has been going through power steering fluid like it's going out of fashion. Constantly leaving a puddle on the driveway.

Is there a way to fix these or do I just swap it with a second hand / recon part.

Is it the box itself or the pipes or oil cooler ?

I've not been under for a proper look as yet, but the box is only wet at the bottom 2 inches or so. So I'm guessing there is a seal failed or a crack in the housing.
