P38 off 4146 outside Bletchley near A5

See that P38 parked off the A4146 just before you join with the A5 has finally moved. Been there weeks. Hope it hasn't been towed off to the big scrappy in the sky but I fear the worst.

Hi - I saw this parked up at the side of the road before xmas and wondered if it was dumped, looked like it was neglected and unloved so it may have been a breakdown too many for the owner and they just left it for the local council to sort out.
