p38 obd1 or 2?

hi. I have a 1995 n reg dhe an woz wondering if anybody can tell me if its obd1 or obd2 compliant

also wot can the prob b wiv my central locking.
the remote unlocks all doors except drivers door.
however, can lock an unlock all doors wiv drivers key or if i use the slider on inside of drivers door.
Its only happened since I replaced the passenger lock. wonder if its connected??

It's not OBD compatable.

The diagnostic socket is type OBD II , however normal scan tools will be unable to access the majority of the functions on the vehicle.

p38 obd1 or 2?
