P38 Nanocom fault code 53

Hi everybody, i´m new here and have a issue. I have the "book" on may P38 Hevac and I read with the Nanocom fault code (53) right blend door motor stall PO Fault Type = Current. Can you help before I start dismount? Thanks

what values do you get for left and right blend motors? check with both sides set to HI and again at LO

Good call, don't the right and left show arse about face on Nanocom?

I don't think so on mine, but never actually ran trial and error tests.
It helps to know if the dodgy one moves at all, stalls at one end other the other or at a mid point

I had my blend motors changed because one of the three was stuck .
When I looked inside the stuck one it was stuck in a big old lump of grease .
I still wonder if I should have tried forcing that motor from the plug on the hevac unit ?
Might be worth doing the o-rings on the heater pipes while you're in the area.

Or replace heater matrix for Audi one like I did . Does away with O ring problem

Or do what the PO did on mine and use so much bath sealer there's no room for coolant

Did you get much heat given off from it?

+1 on the Audi matrix

+2 on the Audi core
