MOT failed on gaiters only, but having gone into it with replacement split over gaiters to be reglued after install, I can't see a way to install these effectively as the joint is internal

I'm now at a point where I think I'd like to press out the ball joints and replace them and be done with it - maybe even the uppers as well if all goes to plan with the lowers. I would be very grateful if anyone has the tool and presses to push out the balljoint. I can probably return it within a matter of days once I've acquired the new balljoints all being well

Based in Medway, Kent

Thanks in advance for any assistance

From memory you need too remove the top one to gain access for the tool to remove the bottom one .the kit is about £50 on the Bay.

Do both upper and lower ball joints as Mr cat says, also the drive shaft/axle seal. You'll feel much better knowing they are all done.
Don't buy cheap joints, you get two or three ball joint replacements
(correct me if I'm wrong please) in an axles lifetime as it stretches the cast... Some do put weld spots on them..
