p38 injector leak

How do you know it's leaking? If you have a puddle of diesel in there it will be from the spill pipe not the injector.

That's probably the diesel boiling. As Wammers said, if you have a puddle of diesel round the injector, it's probably the leakoff pipe leaking.

The mesh covered rubber ones the go from injector to injector, don't forget the one that goes to the FIP.. Do not use silicone tube as a replacement. You can get the correct stuff on the internet (Ebay)

I have noticed that my injector seems to be moist on the top. The metal tube?

Check the union is tight.

If you have a weep from the union don't just tighten it, knock it back first then nip it up.
