In last months LRO there was a feature on a P38 offroader. In the feature, the guy says he bought a bit of software and a wire from eBay for about £25 that allos him to edit the ride height settings on the EAS. Thus, his sits a bit lower in "highway" mode but also a good couple of inches higher in "offroad" mode.

Anyone know what this magical bit of software is and where to get it from for £25? He claims this was on the standard airbags with no ill-effects - I thought the lower and higher ride heights could only be achieved with Arnott Gen III airbags fitted.

Anyone know any more??

Why do RSW offer the software for free? Seems odd!

So what that chap says is true - you can alter the presets for the ride height on the various settings using this software and a lead from Datatek?

Software is free just go to site and download it. It is very good and easy to use. Data does the lead for around £12.00 + post. The people on eBay sell you a lead for £25.00 and include a disc with software. Take your pick.

I trust Datatek more than eBay, so will go with that and donate to the site - can't take software for free!!

Mike, there is a link at the very bottom of the EAS Unlock suite page on the RSW site.

It is there, I've just downloaded and installed it.

Keith i think your sales are more of a charity thing than a money making exercise. Don't think the MODS will bother you.

Let's be realistic....the advice that Keith gives on here far outweighs anything else. I can't imagine that what he does, for very little, if any monetary benefit is a threat to others, and in the meantime RSW and the forum get some small advantage out of it.
I have sent, at my own expense, RAVE on CD to fellow members on the understanding that they make a donation to the forum as I would rather see the members here have the benefit rather than some anonymous Ebayer.
I think Sirus and the "Mafia" suffer temporary deafness and blindness unless it's blatant spamming.
I very much doubt a ban  would be in order in this instance as the guy is doing what he has always done....helping other owners out.
