Hi Everyone,

New to the site, seems that there's some clued up people out there, Soo I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a problem.

Basically it's the heater in my P38 2.5dse range rover. I first noticed that the heater stopped allowing me to direct air(hot or cold) to different area's i.e the windscreen or footwell. What I've also noticed is that the passenger side of the car only recieves cold air, no matter what temperature it's on (drivers side is fine blowing out hot air). I'm not sure if these two fault are related or are two separate issues.

I have tried to look through previous threads to work out what it could be, but just ended up getting confused. I'm guessing it could Posibly be the HEVAC climate unit, or the heater 'blend' servo's/motors, or a problem with bad connections on the heater terminals/relays...

Just could do with being pointed in the right direction as some of these jobs do seem to be a bit of a pain to put right.

Blend motor problem?? Try driving relevant motor through range in manual from min. to max. to see if it clears itself. It may be stuck. If no different, get it checked by an independant-should take less than half an hour on Rovacom, Autologic or Test Book to determine for sure that Blend motor(s) is/are faulty

Blend motor? Blimey, I knew the Range Rover came 'feature packed', but a blender? I'll find out there actually IS a tea maker next!
