The pillar trims are a hard plastic often covered in a flock finish and the headliner is a hard molded fiber type board.

If you are looking at recovering them have a look in the technical archive top left of range rover home page for a post by Dopey on recovering them its easy to follow and do and best place for the stuff to do it seams to be Martrim on ebay.

I was gonna remove fabric and paint but don't think you can with that

A few on here have painted it but you have to scrub it quite a bit to get all the glue and foam off, and the kit to do it is about £80 and you have all ready done most of the work.

Foam is a b******. It’s aged so goes like dust yet sticks to everything. Is horrible stuff to work with gets everywhere. Wear dust mask don’t wanna breathe that in. Careful with the pillars, little clips on back snap just take your time and be gentle.
