p38 gearbox

has any one got any idea ? ive changed the tranny oil filled it up as told checked what connections i can , it will pull off in drive , but will not pick up reverse its a 4.0 ltr box i cant really afford to take it to a lr dealer :boink::emps1::boink: i can feel reverse engage ( just ) but it wont pull

did you fill the tranny to the correct level with the engine ticking over and going through every gear

yep and the engine was cold i had a fault code check all was ok so i was told the only thing i can think of now is box out not good
