Check the TPS was plugged back in...
Also worth noting Have a look at the connectors, for the tps. It isn't unknown for moisture to get under the insulation and start to rot through the conductors as you will have had them all unplugged, they may have strained one and broken it.
might have to solder the wire directly to the end of the terminal on the temp sender, not to uncommon,,
The connector behind the LH head is the very important one too
