Strange one,set up the system pressures as normal and everything returns to 255 on both panels of program easy unlock.
Have tried several times with the same result any ideas.

What do you mean by "system pressures as normal"?? The pressure in the system is different depending where you check, the tank has a higher pressure than the bags and the bag pressure varies with height.
Do you get the green good idle tab with the EAS software?

The idle is good and the EAS program was at zero on all setting of the four heights due to the vehicle having been left with a flat battery, the BECM was reset by the Brighton people and works fine.
I then set all the levels to the correct settings and as soon as the unit started it dumped all the setting and came up with all showing 255.I suspect the problem could be the module for the suspension.

How did you work out the correct settings? A flat battery does not cause the original settings to be lost. Setting is done by measuring from the wheel centre the the edge of the wheel arch for each height or with setting blocks which is more of a faff. Put a bit count in that is out of range and the EAS will default.

The EAS setting program I use shows the actual figures and below the programmed figures, thsea I had saved and re entered them.I need to get it to work before I can set it to correct levels.

Even on the bump stops the height values generally do not go to zero. Typical vales are in the Technical Archive somewhere.

A bit count of 255 is effectively maximum travel of the height sensors.
Can you post a photo of the screen showing the actual figures and the programmed figures?
If the car has existing programmed figures, it should go to the denoted by those figures, ther is a "go to" button.
Have you read the faults and clicked on Unlock?

Problem found after much checking, the plus in the nearside footwell was slightly corroded, cleaned with Servisol Switch cleaner and everything sprang back to life.It is the large plug that had corrosion this is due to the cover plate in the windscreen scuttle not sealing, will now c/o silicone.

The only long term fix is to cut the connector out and solder the wires insulating with glue filled heat shrink. Once there has been corrosion it will return.
