Hi all,

My 99 p38 is dropping overnight on the one side only and down to the stops. Appears that the pressure tank has lost air as it takes a fair while to pump it back up to ride height.

I have checked the airbags and look good and clean. Have sprayed all the joints I can see and have no air loss there. Does this sound like a valve block problem you peeps?

Mike

Re-furbing the valve block won't do any harm. Check for crusty deposits from a breaking up drier contaminating the solenoid seals. The only things that can leak on the valve block to cause a corner to drop are the small O'ring at the base of the valve to block or the solenoid seal itself that sits on top of the valve body. You could have a weak compressor or a leak on NRV 1 regarding tank pressure.
