P38 diesel injectors

Hi, does any body know the thread size for the injectors, Ive, got it to 150tpi external thread measures 23.75 but cant find a tap anywhere, reason I need this got a replacement "good engine" but num 3 injector wont screw into hole, yep Ive also tried several injectors into the hole ,they will all go into any other position, just need to tap out num 3, cheers foor help.

You can fabricate a chaser from an old injector by grinding several slots up the thread with a thin wheel. Then grinding a slight taper at the start of the thread. Engage it square apply a little pressure and work back and forth until it starts to cut. Just the start of the thread in the head will be damaged. But be very careful get it wrong and the head is scrap.
