P38 computer in London

I should have asked before, but has anyone got a computer either a testbook or faultmate thingy to scan the codes for a P38 diesel? Im in NW London.
Basically I have sudden non-starter, I do have a syncmate but it just showing a blue then solid red light.
just wondering if anyone is close by to help???

I have had a few instances recently of the EMS code in the Becm being completely different from that stored in the engine ecu. A couple of the owners had the Synchmate and it would not communicate.
Had to re-write the engine EMS code to the Becm in all cases.

How do you do this ? Who can do this? Who has this sort of wizard powers?

Isn't this what the syncmate is for?
