P38A P38 Compressor wont start automatically

Check out the compressor connector block, the contacts may need cleaning and squeezing a bit to make a better connection. My compressor stopped a while ago and the problem was burn male spades Clean and contact cleaner sorted it.
 
Here is where the "duff" relay is located ;)
I only say this because if you bridge the relay the pump runs, so I think the contact in the relay is "gefickt".

HAHA yeah the "gefickt" (in english: "fu ck ed") is absolutely brilliant ;D so you mean it help when I spray PCB Cleaner into the fuse box?

No, fuse box overheat is a fairly common problem due to failed solder joints and loose connectors. They can be repaired if you are good with a soldering iron.

I would swap the R20 relay with one of its siblings just to see if it suddenly springs into life. :)
