hi,i hav the chance of a chip ,plug in type for my p38 2.5dse,,98..thing is,the chip on offer is from a 2000 p38...would this b suitable/fit..??..thx..

A 2000 P38 has EGR, if your 98 has EGR then it should be OK but I don't think EGR was fitted before 99.
