P38 blower switch

Have a question the fan blower is on all the time I can get it to go faster but not slower or stop, do I get a new switch or change the whole control unit, can I get a replacement switch?

Errrr..... Press the Aircon button till the light comes on. Light on = System OFF I think. Will check my handbook. But if its just compressor off, then spinning the dial control around the FAN symbol AUTO button will switch it to"OFF".
