P38, ALL my windows won't set.

I have tried the methods in the book of how to set my windows but it doesn't work. I have also tried holding the button for a few secs. when the window has gone to the bottom but nothing works.

So I am thinking there is a fault somewhere, is there a window ecu? There seems to be one for everything else! Any help would be good.
I don't have a sunroof so thats not an issue.

There is what is called a door outstation which feeds back to the BeCM....

Close all the doors, and with the windows in the fully up position, cycle the windows one at a time all the way to the bottom and then all the way to the top, hold the button at the top position for a few seconds until the message centre says WINDOW SET

I couldn't figure out why my drivers door window wouldn't set, then I tried it with the door closed and it then set....
