p38 air suspension probs and gearbox!

first problem i have a 1996 dse p38 and my air suspension is playing up !
it started to drop to the bumpstop on the drivers side rear over night then it would drop both rears and then the whole car would sink overnight.
easy i here you say air leak on the air bags cant be they are all new less than a year old eas block is a recon and compressor has been replaced
now what it does is sit low on the drivers side no matter what height setting it is at and drops overnight faster on the drivers side than it does on the passenger side. it is the same fault that i had before eas block and compressor were replaced.
2nd fault is the automatic gearbox when driving along and it is going up through the gears as soon as it hits 50mph no matter what load conditions ie going up a hill it changes into top gear very annoying if the hill is steep as it wont change down untill you hit 45mph so if you are off boost you cannot accelerate untill it drops to 45mph and changes down!
also on the air suspension sometimes when i get in and start it when it is low and lopsided the suspension doesent start to come up no lights flashing and i have to put it in high so it comes up to the highest setting then drop it back down to normal?

have you tried a search for these probs loads of threads on rr airs sus

i have and they all seem to say air bags but fronts are less than 6 months old rears about 18months have been over it with leak detecting spray cant find a leak had it plugged in said low air pressure last time but compressor has been replaced since then and still does it!
