Spotted on A33 at 0252hrs by anpr camera

I'm probably just as confused as everyone else. Little bit more info might help

Sorry police spotted the Landy travelling north towards the M4 junction 11 on the A33 after it had been taken following another defender we didn't know it had been stolen then so it hadn't been reported

Stolen defender 300tdi
Stolen defender 90 300tdi. Green with green roof commercial. Black chequer plate on front wings, bonnet, sills and back corners. Silver steel wheels inc spare. Folding side step on passenger side. P115 NKH 1996 chassis no SALLDVAF7Ta988731 engine no 16L43412A . Squeaks when running as needs new belt. Taken on sat 19 October from sindlesham berkshire last seen at 1130pm gone an hour later

Sorry to hear this.

I live very close J11. It would be good to know the reg of the other car - might be one I've spotted around here. Also, J11 has lots of cameras (probably not ANPR) - if you can get someone to look at the footage from Sunday morning, you might be able to see if it went on to the M4 or went north into Reading. After which, there are some more cameras on the A33 - see the map I've added.

I was at the tip on Saturday, and noticed a few caravans on the site north of the tip on Island road - marked with 'x'. I had a walk around the area last night at about 9pm, the gates were locked and no caravans to be seen. Thought it was worth a look though.

Do you have any photos? Are there any other distinguishing features that might stand out to someone who owns/knows a lot about LRs?

You're also not far away from the person/people that took adriand90's 90 back in March. From the ANPR result, it doesn't sound like it went to Gorrick Woods like his did, but it might be worth a look around.
They may have found another spot to do their dirty work.

Scum live in Arborfield.
And Sindlesham is between me and them!

However I doubt the same ****s are involved..... the court case was last week (3hrs of me giving evidence in the dock)
Aparently case is sitting again 2nd week in November - proberbly for sentancing.

I took a walk round Gorrick woods last weekend. Other than the remains of my 90 and the other grey one at same site - the only recent activity i found was a vin plate from a 110 that had been stolen in August. (Ran plate by landywatch and the police)

Once court case is over with - I will post the name of the scum up here.

He tried to say he got the parts (mine!) off a local trader who I have actually known for 26yrs. O openly laughed in court - and told em so!

My replacement 90 is locked away under cover and plenty of security about. Away from home, certainly while case is on.
When defence stated I had 'another' red 90 - my heckles went up. My 90 locked away.

I am not a violent person. But if it happens again, I will be calling for road sweepers and not the police.

Must meet up sometime Andy!

Why does it matter to the defence if you've replaced it????
