Its now been just over 3 weeks since I brought a 03 plate Td5 and Ive got some questions, wouldnt really call them issues.
Some of you maybe able to shed some light on..ie experianced or know of, after all Ive never owned one before and Im just wondering is some thing normal or not as the case maybe..
Quote me if Im getting something incorrect and point me in the right direction.
The first thing would be, is it normal to hear the air compressor pump
ie key in ignition and starting , Ive put it down to the system charging and end of a journey ..now that its working cos u hear it, not loud, but noticable..
Secondly, when I brought her, they'd just had the brake pads done, poo job cos they squeek a little, but Im more than sure that the brake disc's need changing, poss front ones, but I prefer to do all round, then I know its done, cos when I break, you get a jubbering on the steering wheel....
Over all its been great so far, fuel consumption is looking good, need to check it out, my kids love it refering to it as daddies big truck ......
have a list of things weve got to do with it, some are done... many more to do and I need to find the time to give her a full Meguires treatment. to make her look stunning or offically pimped....lol
