Ok. Now we're on to something. Doctors put me on vit d because i'm always feeling tired and lethargic. I think it's the fact that my job, where I spend most of my waking hours, bores the arse off me but there you go. What supplements do you recommend?

Firstly, retrain one’s attitude. ‘You’ are far better than wasting your life and your family’s time trudging at a job with lacklustre and Indifference.
Don’t change the job, change your approach, your and your loved ones are more than worth it. Secondly to help the transition get rid of all your internal swelling. Modern processed food has built up stodge at a cellular level, forcing a bloaty lethargic indifference. Iodine is a good start and is lacking in most western diets. Chooch this up a bit by adding a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper a day. This conditions your blood and improves circulation. Remember chilli isn’t a substitute it has to be organic cayenne. I take a quarter teaspoon of it daily with the same of turmeric and ginger. Dissolve in water as a ‘shot’ knocked back in one. A drop of honey will take the sting out. Just pretend it’s whisky.
I also take selenium, garlic capsules and cider vinegar. Detox. It’s the future. You sleep deeper and less. Your mojo lifts and you dont feel your wasting your time doing the mundane as your efforts are outstanding.

To the lockup……..

Warning. You will eat less. To the point of making yourself have lunch because you should.
Eat and drink. Don’t put it off.

Nice looking bed base bob, is the stention lead for the nitelite.
It’s the roof. The shadow line across it isn’t shadow. Half of it has been hit with the orbital and half is the resin finish. After this I filled the gaps with two pack, sanded back and routed the edge with a flush trimmer. Finished the day with a second coat of epoxy. Onto insulating the walls today.

When do you think it will ready for sleeping in
Dunno. No rush.
I had several tasks today not caravan related but spent most of the time servicing mi chopsaw. Did manage to finally get the door frame started but will add the stays when the door is made.
Managed to stay in the shade anorl.

Stuff It. Im going with 9mm external ply. I’m not prepared to fund some twunts Vogue with a remortgage. Unfortunate I know and I hate compromising materials but needs must.
Was going to pop to the builders merchants this morning but it’s Sunday.
Busy organising the domestics for the Baroness’s return from a fact finding mission to the north lakes. I may also have to shave the dog. He found some spots of polyurethane glue yesterday and thought it would be a good idea to sleep on them. Git!

I'd a thort exterior ply would be OK, You're not building a boat! ;)

I have used 9 & 12mm external ply for sheds and it has not been a great experience. :(
Despite painting etc. they eventually delaminate.
Local Crow came along and ripped little strips of the ply veneer off to build his nest.
It’s not great quality from a builders merchants. Needs must at the moment and the project has to move on. At least it will spend most of the time indoors. The epoxy should help longevity so the paint finish will only be a UV barrier and cosmetic.
I managed to fit a couple of panels to the rear today but only because I’d run out of insulation.
Bit of wire extending tomorrow for the high level brake light, a trim round the edges followed by filling and epoxy then it’s onto the sides.
That’ll be my six days off work and it’s back to earn some pork pie funds.
