Overland show in Stratford

Anyone go to the Adventure Overland show at Stratford last year (2016)? I went the previous 2 years and was a little disappointed in 2015 with limited seminar offerings, little choice of food and not many tradestands (it seemed to me) compared to the previous year. This year it's a choice between the LRO show at Peterborough the weekend before, or The AO show.
My primary (Landy) interest is overlanding and wild camping. Always on the lookout for interesting gear, improvements on old ideas or seminars on useful subjects. Anyone got experience of both shows and can give me an opinion on which might be the best use of the fuel? I have to travel from Inverness.
