Crystal ball time, was it frozen? if the block is cracked externally then water will **** out over your feet, but usually a core plug will pop out. Top it up and see. Start it up and see if you have bubbles in the expansion tank. With water in the oil I would think it's the h/gaskets or heads. If topping up doesn't point to the fault then strip it down.

The easy way to tell if you have headgasket, cracked block\head\liner is to follow prev advice and refill with coolant/water bleed coolant system (get the air out) and then run it and see if the hoses go hard or not.....

The only way to tell what you have damaged if you have damaged it is to remove the heads however a compression check will tell you which head to remove (of its only one side)

Or take the plugs out and see which one is steam cleaned:)

Now there is an idea! Haha only refer to reading plugs for missfire normally but spot on with that comment!

I ask for help and thought that this was the place to find it if you had a land rover but may be not

Well I think you have all the help necessary, it's up to you now unless you want us to come and take it apart for you. They were taking the **** out of me by the way, especially HIM from Preston.:p:D:D think a sense of humour injection is required, if you want an anally retentive forum I respectfully suggest you look elseware:)
