Is it possible to replace bulkhead outriggers on a defender 110 200tdi without removing any bodywork?
Otherwise I am assuming the best option would be plates.

Thank you

In theory, yes, depending on how good you are at welding in tight spaces and managing fire risks. Plating might be your best option depending on how much has gone to the rust worms, how good your welding skills are again, how good you can make the finished job look and how friendly your MOT tester is.

When you say bodywork, all you need to do is take the floor out and you have super access to the outriggers. Be careful with plates, when you take off a knackered outrigger you will see just how lousy the chassis is behind it.
