OT: website

I've got a website (www.richardsrovers.co.uk) that I did a while with
FrontPage 98 (I think).
I now want to redo it - whats the best and easiest (not expensive) software
to use?

Take a look at Mozilla Composer, part of the Mozilla suite. Produces
pretty good code, with an WYSIWYG interface as well has being able to
edit the raw HTML. The menu structure and dialog boxes for adding
items is nice, most present just the basics with an "Advanced" button
to get into the nitty gritty if you want or need to. It's free as
well...

I was using it until recently but my site is slowly moving over to
being PHP based so it's back to the text editor and raw code.

I do most of my editing with the simplest and cheapest web design
software of all - Notepad. For simple edits on smallish pages it's
perfect.

FrontPage has improved a lot from early incarnations, but as Dave has
said Composer is decent (and free). There's also loads of free
editors out there, just do a Google search for 'HTML Editor' and try a
few.
