Crikey, what a place. If you think it gets cold here!!! The driving is unreal, on winding snow covered
roads in a coach & he's driving as he would anywhere in the world. Great place to take a 5 year old
too!!!

Did you perchance see Santa making his preparations to visit us in
Australia?

I'm off to Lapland next Sunday, we are going for 8 nights. We even get to
have xmas lunch with Santa (that is after he has delivered all his
presents).

We went on the one day trip liked it so went for the 3 day trip the next
year and now its the 8 day trip!

Was very cold last year, -35C hope its a bit warmer this year.

Log cabin in the woods (250m from the shops and ski slopes) real fire, sauna
and lots of snow.

Did you get to so the northern lights Nige?

More Lapish fun to be had in July with Sweden Off Road Tour
http://www.swedenoffroad.com/indexen.html.

We went to Lapland Last March (Mrs' Birthday) and we loved it.
Decided to take the Landy along next year and do the SOT.

Should be FANTASTIC, 3 of us from the UK are known to be going so
far...
