Went laning on Sunday... managed to slash both N/S (Nearly new General Grabbers) tyres in a mud hole, where some cont had dumped some reinforced concreate... so decided it was time to go bigger
235 85 16 Insa Turbo Saharas £70 each and a free 5th, fitted by myself... not bad
4 Balanced without too much issue... this one took nearly 300g!! Took me fooking ages to get it right!
So got them fitted... lowered it off the ramp and soon saw it wasn't going to fit in the rear arches... so i cameled
And then i was worried the spare wouldn't fit... but i had this much room...
Frankly i'm surprised... drove a disco with special tracks which were aweful, but these seem fine... i can still have conversations at 70mph
Out laning again on Sunday in the forest so hopefully i'll find some mud to test them in
