Still not happy with ip.once happy will finish off engine bay but
Expecting to pull ip again(everything off)
 

tick over too high.internal timing fecked...


so doing little things..ie fitting door seals,making gearlevers..etc...

ie..step 1..



step 2 test fit..



step 3..not done yet,but involves...drilling a few holes,polishing alot and chrome plate...od,hi low the same..
 
od linkage fell to bits due to threaded holes...

so..not too sutle i know..



 
thinking of putting access panels everywhere.lol..soooooooooooo much easier to get at bits


got amother injection pump on its way from usa...a new one...fingers crossed its good!
 
rubbing down the paint soon..cos i up to something....

wanted..headlining for classic with sunroof (lecky)
 
****e loads be going on..work still happening,just not worth reporting really...still waiting on ip...

so started on bonnet power bulge....(ie so turbo dont hit it)

 
injection pump turned up late this afternoon..so bonnet on hold,though is etch primed (pic) and filler primed awaiting top coats



new ip on left..


installed and finally (fingers crossed) working fine,no smoke,idles etc...sounds nice!!
 
well one working one would be good..

today..started on fetts goal post..( dont ask)

and..raised front suspension to match rear..

fitted rear seats in proper like..

fitted up exhaust...

bolted together engine manifold cos ip is a good un!!





oh and painted bonnet and started to 1000da the rest for next stage to paint job..(clue HOK)



now have a few bits spare..good tuned 3.9..wheels etc..excellent headlining..one oe one fibreglass..(needs covering,oe covered in dark grey carpet by nationwide)
will list as pull out of work..oh and gpz1100a1 unitrak..
