Anyone been at the Munich Oktoberfest in recent years?
Have a tentative schedule for three Series III owner/drivers/part time musicians heading for a wine and music binge festival in Stuttgart and the question has arisen about including Munich for a day. Official website advises against driving within 30kms of the area, but as one of the group has a problem walking more than couple of hundred yards is it really worth the trouble? Would our lives really be poorer for not making the effort or is the Oktoberfest just all hype??
