I seem to have oil dripping from exhaust manifold to my exhaust in engine bay.and on the inside the end pipe but not dripping.the engine is not using oil and has had a top end and bottom end rebuild 12 months ago.i do have a leaking fuel pump any connection .

Are you going to tell us what sort of vehicle this is? It would be helpful.

With one of those, I would say if you only have one oil leak, and it isn't reaching the ground, you are pretty fortunate.
If you want, you could remove the manifolds, and see if you can spot where it is coming from, most likely somewhere within the head, and it could be dealt with by head overhaul.
But I would think just monitor it and make sure it doesn't get any worse is more sensible, unless you are short of things to do.

I doubt if the fuel leak is connected, but I would try and repair that, fuel is more dangerous than oil, and it will effect starting and running if it gets worse. Most common leak on those pumps is where the actuator shaft goes through the governor housing, small rubber O ring, or at worst a new governor housing, they are about 30 quid. You can do it yourself if you keep everything very clean throughout.
