Hiya there. We have just bought a 1998 Range Rover 4.0 SE Automatic. It’s in brilliant condition but we have noticed there is a leak on the rear axle, marking the rear wheel inner, passenger side. My guy is a retired mechanic so is pretty good at fixing things, however, we aren’t sure if it’s the oil seal or the gasket that has gone. He’s topped the oil up and it only took a pint so not disastrous yet... I can find loads of oil seals on the Internet but no gasket or gasket kits, Do any of you lovely folk know where we can get one, or the part no or is there a oil seal/gasket kit you can buy? We live in the middle of nowhere and can’t just nip into a dealer etc so most of our purchasing is done online lol! Ta muchly
