hi could one of the experts out there tell me what the correct oil pressure should be on a 4.0 range rover engine as ive just installed a pressure gauge and not sure what it should be reading .

Idling hot hot anything over 12lbs is ok, 40mph 35-40lbs is ok. Cheers

Wouldnt worry too much so long as its consistant.Best of all it will tell you when its going going gone...
