Oil leak from head bolts?

My 110 is leaking some oil from all the 9 head bolts on the top of the engine from the row to the right of the oil filler cap.

Not seen one leak from here before, can someone enlighten me as to what can be done to stop it please?

I'm assuming you mean the cylinder head bolts. I which case check they're tight or replace head gasket.

Any idea what Torque should be applied to the cylinder head bolts please?

have you cleaned the head off so you can be sure the oil is really coming from "all the 9 head bolts on the top of the engine"

Yes it was clean when I picked up the car, guess the previous owner cleaned it off to hide the leaks!! There doesn't seem to be any oil coming from the rocker gasket which would be an obvious source as it would collect around these bolts as they are lower. Perhaps it's worth giving it a quick power wash and then look again?

i would, and i'd bet it not coming from where you think it's coming from

Does it seem to be coming mostly from the part of the head nearest the front? If it is then it may well be coming from...

Aww bugger it took me months to work it out and now I've forgotten - mine'll be here in an hour I'll have a look and remind myself.

But it ain't the bolts or the gasket.

Nope, mainly towards back, front bolt is totally clean????

Did you manage to get this sorted? I have exactly the same problem with my 300tdi and I just can't understand where the oil is coming from.

No I never solved it, still leaks but not significant so have left it for now.
