Hi all, this is my first post so go easy on me please! Hopefully as I learn more about Defender tinkering and overcoming problems on my 110 (bluedog) I'll be able to post replies and help others with theirs, I appreciate help and advice needs to be a two-way thing! Anyway...
Finally got round to 'fixing' a couple of little oil leaks yesterday, both the top and bottom flanged oil cooler ends were missing there o rings at the radiator end so I fitted those, I also fitted a new oil pressure sensor switch which seemed to be where the other leak was coming from. Fired the old girl up and hey presto! leaks gone, took her for a short drive to the shop, checked underneath on arrival and all still well, drove home, parked up and checked again and we've struck oil! Luckily it looked like it had just started. I popped the bonnet to find oil ****ing out the coolant reservoir, doh. Is it possible that the higher pressure in the oil (due to 'fixing' the leaks) has exploited some weakness in the oil cooler? Or is something more sinister going on?
Any help much appreciated.

Cheers. Hoping it's oil cooler, oil in engine looks ok, was only a 5 minute journey with no previous indication of HGF, going to try and get hold of another rad/cooler this afternoon and hope for the best!
