oil crank seal

hi any body know how to change the oil crank seal on a 200tdi discovery automatic think mine is gone
sympton changed oil other day befor that drained all sump and took bell housing plug out met about 2 litres oily mess let it all draion out put the wading plug back in the bell housing took for a drive about 1/2 hour came back to check filters ect took out the wading plug and was met with oil again so my thoughts are the crank oil seal any one no how hard/easy to do

What colour is the oil ??

Is it engine oil or gear oil

Both will need the gearbox removing or engine i would not sujest this if you are a novice mechanic.

is defently engine oil whats the best way to drop box never done befor is it props of both ends take cross member out what about special tools or is it just nuts n bolts job

If its the rear main engine oil seal you have got a massive job on your hands

It is easer to take the engine out than mess with the box (thats my opinion)
