I have replaced my 10p Td5 head with a new AMC head. I am still getting oil in my cooling system after the head replacement. So I'm gathering I have either succeeded in polishing my block sufficiently with the 3M bristle discs and the new gasket has nothing to grab onto and oil is by-passing between the polished block surface or the Chinese knock-off Td5 Oil Cooler was a bad investment.

I'm going to tackle replacing the oil cooler first. So I purchased a new Britpart Oil Cooler to replace my direct from China Td5 Oil Cooler (although they look eerily similar and probably come from the same factory).

Additionally, I find it impossible to believe Land Rover doesn't carry the O-rings for the Oil Cooler or the "Bonded Seals/Bonded Washers" and the only option is to buy the entire kit.

Nonetheless, prior to installation, I went to the local Hydraulic Shop to buy some spares. For those interested here are the part numbers / sizes for these parts.

Bonded Washers / Metric Bonded Seals for the Banjo Bolt = Parker Brand # 8800-22

O-Ring for Oil Cooler Housing 1/8 Diameter 1.00" x 1.25" (this appears ever so slight thicker and does fit perfectly in the groove in the cooler housing. It fits much better than what was sent to me).
