The 200tdi disco pipes are as everyone knows too short for my 200tdi disco engine/defender conversion. does anyone know where, or if I can buy the TD, (not the 200tdi) pipes from? I obviously cant use the ones from the engine I'm taking out, as it was a V8 petrol.

I've got to replace one pipe anyway because one got squashed in transit when my engine was delivered. I know I can get them altered by pertik, but would rather just get the TD ones which are the right length anyway, then all I've got to worry about is the rad fittings.

Or does anyone have any decent secondhand TD pipes for sale? if you have, I'll give you a fair price.

no probs mate they where about £20 each but i wanted it to be done properly and not just extended on my conversion plus i was'nt under any time scale because mine is an on going project

Oh, almost forgot. I take it the part numbers you gave me are for td oil cooler pipes? If so, do you know if they sell the rad fittings that mate up with them? The problem I've got is that I'm not taking out a td diesel engine, I'm taking out a petrol V8. So obviously I cant whip off the td fittings to go onto the td pipes if thats what they are.

my conversion was a 2.5 petrol engine and i put in a 200tdi discovery engine with the discovery rad and intercooler and because the original oil cooler pipes where to short these ones fitted directly off the engine to the rad without the need for any other fittings.
