Oil Breather?

Righto, I think i have got the name of the part right but i may be wrong. It is time for me to replace the engine oil breather on my 86 RRC and i was wondering if there is anybody out there that has some advice before I start. At the moment i think it has just worn out and needs replaceing. It looks like i have to remove the throttle assembly to get at the breather, but i would rather that i didnt have to.
Any advice would help.
