I'm getting an ocxasional click at the moment, I'm 90% certain it's from the rear although on occasions I swear it's from the front, think I'm cracking up unless I have 2 separate issues!
Can't nail it down to any particular driving style and is fairly intermittent! I keep thinking I've worked out what I have to do and then disprove my latest theory! It's a 2003 Td4 with 97k on the clock.
It's just had a new clutch and DMF, Rear diff and gearbox oils changedin the last month.
Im not aware of any traction, or braking type sensations. The clicking occurs on occasions
Car warm or cold (did have a theory it clicked less when)
On throttle lift off
Slow and fast cornering
A lesser click in start up
Never happened In reverse

It's literally just past it's MOT, kind of wanted them to find something for once. I've been underneath and everything feels tight
Any advice would be good or I might have to wait for something to fall off

Cheers

have a good look at where the sub frame bolts onto the body of the car and see if there is any cracking the off side front always seems to be the one

Fixed the blighter....... Gearbox rear torque reducer aka rear gearbox mount between subframe and gearbox half a turn loose each. Tightened fully and she hasn't 'clicked' from what I'm guessing as a CV joint since
