Norway winter trip

Hi I'm driving my Land Rover from the Uk to Nordkapp in Norway this February. I will be camping mostly in the roof tent along the way and when my wife visits in a few hotels too. I'm thinking of taking the E6 road from Oslo to Nordkapp and have about 5 weeks to do the round trip. I know it's going to be very cold and dark mostly but we want to see the northern lights when we get up north. I have most things for the Land Rover and a night heater fitted for the tent, I'm just looking for some tips from people who have experienced driving in Norway in the winter, any must haves or places to avoid.
