Simmis dont count cos it never actually gets fixed in between.
anyway, hes got a disco now, so your side will be increasing exponentially if you go by you ruleses
And it only counts if you have to go on a flat bed... roadside repairs are part of landy ongoing unplanned maintenance schedules
