oh dear... think i did more damage to my gearbox or xfr box in wales than i thought..


its not very happy at all...

how easy is it to swop xfr box whilst still on car?

or is it better to remove both and swop xfr box?

or do i just get another gearbox/xfr box and swop both...

do i torch it and get summat else..

i do like the look of them chrysler pt cruiser's..

when i returned from Wales i had to sort tran box, gearbox and rear crank oil seal. but to be fair output shaft was on its way of before we went to Wales now taken a nasty 1.222 and put in a lovely 1.410. gearbox in defender is not too bad but can be heavy not sure how easy the disco is
