Get underneath it and spray the rod where it enters the box. then use a big spanner or a tyre lever against the linkage arm to force it in & out of the box. I just bought a disco that had a seized linkage and that cured mine works fine now.

my sppots dont work,must have smashed the bulbs when they went into lake with the rest of a bar at parkwood,looks like i need a new set as they are rusted and cant get in to change the bulbs,,,

sory m8... dicovery maniac picked it up off me a couple months ago... to put in his commercial...

jet washed motor... 1st chance i've had since sat...

and street too.... bet i get another 5mpg without the weight of that mud... must of bin a good 100lb...

oh god just got another bookin for tonight... thats six gigs in 5 days... but need them sliders...

what date you thinking for peaks paul and what part of peaks theres a few lanes on bottom huddersfield map for peaks, i think we should go finish rest of lanes in them forest at some point, im glad everyone gets stuck in aswell or i think callum would probly still be there, im glad we got a good set of lads what go out together i think people what come make the days 10 times better did any body get a pic of nunny in his helmet haha. richy that lads number is 07738673332 he will probly have one

yes them lanes bottom of huds map will b ok 4 one trip apart from chapel gate thats closed wot about back end of may give callum time 4 repairs or we can get next map down os landranger 119 c wot lanes are like on there got a pic of nunny in is helmet

good for me too that as i have some work to do and also bit skint at mo..as for the helmet i wasnt risking a broken shackle hittng back of my bonce unprotected,ha ha,prob wouldnt have made much of a difference though

whats gone,,the rear diff...or the cent difflock,if its rear you mite get another for 20 quid from scrappers,**** easy to change callum,

It's the center diff mate, it won't stay in. But as I want a 200tdi and all round disc brakes I may aswell go for a donor disco

mine runs a 200 dico tdi engine ,but the gearbox is an old lt77 90 gearbox (small bellhousing),so i didnt have to move position of gearstick,
