In the words of Chris Rea, Driving home for Christmas.....
Northallerton to Swansea on Sun 21st Dec (poss monday 22nd), return trip TBC but not before 2nd or after 4th Jan.
Usual route via A19, A1, M18, M1, M42, M5, M50, A465 heads of the valley. Not sure if that's all right but autopilot kicks in after 4 years so numbers don't mean much... Can easily divert to A449 to take in the views of Newport and Cardiff (that turn for the A465 sneaks up on you/hides it often becomes the standard route
).
Will be me, Freelander 3dr and some pressies but should be a little space for added cargo/passengers. Doubt tow bar will be fitted before new year so no towing. Always seems a waste just me and a car doing 700 miles round trip for nowt but a necessary evil. This whole courier thing is a good idea, who said all 4wd owners were trying to kill the planet
